Consumer unit & circuits
A dedicated consumer unit with RCBO protection, fed from your home supply or its own connection — the foundation everything else runs from.
Sockets & lighting
A double-socket ring around the walls and bright, switched LED lighting — so the building is usable as a workshop, store or studio the day it lands.
Certified & compliant
All work is carried out and certified by a registered electrician to Part P of the Building Regulations and BS 7671 — with an Electrical Installation Certificate on completion.

Move-In Ready Electrical is the prerequisite for the three powered add-ons. Choose it first in the configurator and they unlock directly beneath it — all fitted on the same build day, so there is never a second visit or a separate trade to arrange.

Requires a connection point available on site. Final price depends on garage size and is confirmed against your site photos before manufacture. Without electrics, the building is still fully watertight and insulated — you can add a supply later through a local electrician.
