VeltHaven was founded on a simple idea: premium garden buildings shouldn't require a leap of faith. The UK market was full of cheap sheds dressed up as premium products, and expensive brick builds that take months and cost tens of thousands more. We set out to offer something genuinely different — a building that earns the premium label, priced honestly, and installed with the same care from enquiry to completion.
We work directly with specialist manufacturers whose facilities have built several hundred completed structures — and we take personal responsibility for every VeltHaven order. Every build is checked, scheduled and signed off by one of us. If something needs resolving, you call a founder.
How we work
Premium without compromise
Engineering-first
Every building starts with a specification, not a sales pitch. Bolted galvanised steel, CE-certified PIR insulation, tempered glass, powder-coated finishes. We choose components that outlast the warranty and earn the price tag.
Transparent pricing
The price in the configurator is the price you pay on a standard site — VAT, delivery and installation included. No hidden extras, no back-and-forth. Non-standard site costs are quoted in writing before manufacture begins, and you can cancel for a full refund.
One team, end to end
From the day you configure online to the day the building is installed, one team is responsible. Our certified installation team manages delivery, structure, electrics and commissioning. You have one number to call.
Backed by warranty
Garages and Garden Rooms carry the VeltHaven 10-Year Structural Warranty. Garden Spas carry a 2-Year Full Warranty. Both are self-backed by VeltHaven Ltd, with a per-unit reserve maintained for every product. Full warranty details.
