Colour & finish
Choose your exterior colour. Anthracite RAL 7016 is the VeltHaven house colour and the standard default.
Wood-effect finishes are shown indicatively — we confirm the exact grain with your order.
Roof profile
Roof type
Apex roofs can be up to 4 m tall — usually permitted development when set back from your boundaries (more than 2 m in England & Wales, 1 m in Scotland). Closer than that, the limit is 2.5 m. We check your site and confirm before you commit. Read our planning guide.
Door colour
Colours are shown indicatively — we confirm the exact RAL with your order. Wood-effect finishes are available as an option in the next step.

Extras
Start with Move-In Ready Electrical
It powers the upgrades below — Smart Security, EV Charging and Climate Comfort — all installed by a certified electrician during your build day. Choose it first to unlock them.
Without electrics: the building is watertight and insulated. You can add electrics later via a local electrician.

Incl. VAT, delivery, and installation on a standard site.
What "standard site" means
- Normal delivery access (vehicle access within 15m of the site)
- No trenching, digging, or major groundwork required
- Electrical connection point available (if electrics selected)
- Clear crane access to the installation spot
- Prepared level base to our specification
- Electrical connection point available on site
Non-standard sites are quoted and agreed in writing before manufacture — or your deposit comes straight back.
Your details
Deposit by bank transfer
We will email a deposit invoice within one working day. Your price and build slot are held for 7 days. Manufacture does not begin until the balance is received and you give your written go-ahead.
Pay in full by bank transfer
A 100% invoice is also available. Your deposit is fully refundable until you pay your balance; once your balance is paid, manufacture begins. Contact us to request a full-payment invoice.
VeltHaven 10-Year Structural Warranty (2 years full warranty + structural cover to year 10). Self-backed by VeltHaven Ltd (17261887). Does not affect your statutory rights.
VeltHaven 2-Year Full Warranty. Heater covered by Harvia / HUUM manufacturer warranty. Does not affect your statutory rights.
